Keep paper piles to a minimum by tossing junk mail immediately, recording appointments, events and reminders in a Planner and by filing on a regular basis. Get through your “To Read” piles by eliminating all but the most interesting, limiting magazine subscriptions and keeping catalogs, journals and other quick reads in the places you are most likely to read them (by the bed, in the bathroom, in your car or bag for the times you’re stuck waiting).
